Vitamin C helps boost your immune system and will help your body fight infections.
We recommend a daily allowance of 4000mg for those who have an infection or a recent infection during the acute episode and reduce to 2000mg thereafter.

Please note that the normal daily allowance of Vitamin C is 60mg. Some people can get some side effects if you take higher than the recommend allowance such as diarrhea.

Zinc helps your body produce T-Cells (T lymphocyte cells) which form powerful body defences against viral disease.
