Cost benefit analyses of prohibition and regulation.

Drug Abuse

Dear Colleague
Today Transform Drug Policy Foundation published a report comparing cost
benefit analyses of prohibition and regulation.

See the report and the coverage here:

We would encourage all those on all sides of the debate to support an impact
assessment in order to gather evidence for assessing policy effectiveness
and to explore alternatives.
There is every reason why this work should take place in other nation states
and at UN levels.
